Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lebic & Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and details of the missing item. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If a physical return is required, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address after reviewing your request.

Please do not send products back to the address shown on the shipping package unless instructed to do so by our support team.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection

Returns requested because of a change of mind or because the wrong product or quantity was ordered are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a discretionary return.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a refund due to an issue with the order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
